Here are the answers to the questions that a new customer would have asked. Don’t hesitate to contact us via service@kaelan.com.tw if you have any other questions that are not answered here. 

  • How can I get started with my order?

    You can complete our free quote page which allows you to upload your artwork file and let us know about your requests for patches. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a digital proof and pricing quote.

  • Is there minimum order quantity required?

    No, there is no minimum order quantity required, but the price may differ from the volume of order.

  • Which types of files are accepted for the custom order?

    A variety of file formats are accepted, including jpg, png, ai, psd, pdf, ..etc. Each file is required with a minimum resolution of 1 MB.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and T/T(bank transfer).

  • How long it takes to receive my order products?

    After the payment was received, we will create a full-color sample for your review and approval before the mass production. It takes 10-12 business days to finalize the order.

  • What if the proof doesn’t meet my expectations?

    We are happy to revise the sample if there are any necessary modifications.

  • What types of shipping are available?

    We will ship your patches via FedEx or DHL.

  • What will you do if I request an urgent order?

    It’s negotiable and we will be delighted to meet your needs via emails.

  • What types of custom patches do you provide?

    We provide embroidered patches, woven patches, chenille patches, printed patches and PVC patches. You could select any type of patch that match your design idea.

  • May I select the colors of thread and fabric for my patch design?

    Definitely! We refer to Pantone color numbers you offer and do our best to make the patch look close to your design.

  • Are there any restrictions on the shape of my patch?

    Absolutely not! We can create patches in any shape you want. You can select any type of borders (heat-cut, merrow, and laser-cut) to match the shape of your design.

  • Is there a price list of all products I can refer to before placing an order?

    Each custom product has its unique nature and is charged by the intricacy of artwork and the quantity of order. We would appreciate that you fill out our quote page first to let us know about your requests and we will promptly respond with a pricing quote.
